      I am brand new. Today is my first day on PD. Choose my breakfast for first 30 days to be rolled oats with bananas and oranges. Lunch vegetable salad with ranch dressing, a vegetable soup with beans and greens for dinner. Snacks fruit and both white and sweet potatoes, Does that sound like a good choice/
