    This month of July I have started digging deeper into the reason I have had gallbladder attacks and had my gallbladder out two months ago. I have met wonderful acupuncturist naturopathic doctor and have started a beautiful journey with Chinese medicine. It is positive and life and giving. Very different from what I have grown accustomed to experiencing with Western medicine.

    I also have started the sprint 8 protocol. Taking a total of 20 minutes three times per week I can exercise the three different layers of muscle that we have, along with creating endurance for my lungs and heart.

    I will be 65… It’s after midnight so I guess I’m 65 right now! And I love the way things are shaping up. Julie as always, thank you so much for the encouragement to stop contemplating and put into action my wants and desires. Being on a Protective Diet/Lifestyle has made it possible to do this very thing.
