Sheree7: MINE KEEPS FREEZING JERRY
robinfetter: ARE YOUR SYMPTOMS GONE???

Tue Mar 29, 6:06:43pm
allveg: Working fine here. So glad to see you Julie.
CJinPodunk: GOOD QUESTION ROBING IS ASKING. I WOULSN”T UNDERSTAND HOW SYMPTOMS WOULD BE GONE
robinfetter: Thanks @CJinPodunk
jerrypd: shut off everything that can be using internet like netflix, open windows and so on Sheree

Tue Mar 29, 6:07:49pm
Sheree7: Just made hubby close and turn off thanks
Sheree7: It’s working
CJinPodunk: THAT CHEAT SHEET WAS GENIUS!
eileenyoder14: Hi Julie and Jerry and everyone!!
VibekeVale: I agree @CJinPodunk

HealthyJennifer: HI Eileen!
sallygill: hi Eileen!
AndiChristopher: WHO IS THAT ORGANIZED! WOW ….SHE IS MY SHERO
eileenyoder14: Hey Jennifer!
VibekeVale: I actually do the same thing… especially if i’m off to the doctor.
AndiChristopher: wow Vibeke
eileenyoder14: Hi Sally!
AndiChristopher: impressive

Tue Mar 29, 6:09:56pm
VibekeVale: It’s the perfectionist attention to detail in me.
robinfetter: The BEST patients I ever had were ones who had written details like Julie Marie did.
AndiChristopher: good tip

Tue Mar 29, 6:11:20pm
victoriamanda: wow
HealthyJennifer: Wow, that is freaky!
anon5658: interesting- music memory is on the right side of the brain
AndiChristopher: voices…i had no idea…so interesting
veganinblack: DOES THE DOC HAVE AN IDEA OF WHY NOW IT APPEARED?

Tue Mar 29, 6:13:07pm
VibekeVale: Same andi
CJinPodunk: SELF DIAGNOSE IS MY FAVE :0
VibekeVale: lol same CJ
AndiChristopher: hahaCJ …do it all the time

Tue Mar 29, 6:14:12pm
victoriamanda: I get an itchy abdomen when I take hot showers, but usually only in the winter months.
Chuck70: Self diagnose of diet and what I was believing from the damn internet is what eventually led me to PD
HealthyJennifer: Yes CJ, but it always gives a range of….it’s a hang nail or the bobonic plague LOL
AndiChristopher: haha Jennifer…so true
sallygill: @HealthyJennifer L-)
sallygill:
VibekeVale: My cheeks and forehead go bright red after a warm/hot shower.
victoriamanda: does it itch?
victoriamanda: Vib
VibekeVale: Nope… but it’s irritated.

Tue Mar 29, 6:15:23pm
robinfetter: I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy that Julie Marie is giving credit to those in the medical community. From experience, they ALL want to help you get better. If you have a bad experience, it because you get a bad listener which is easy to fix by getting another doctor who gets it.
veggie365: Hi, all!
VibekeVale: I put coconut oil on and it settles down.
CJinPodunk: Jennifer – then you obviously choose the hangnail!
AndiChristopher: good to know V
veganinblack: i cried for way more than 10 minutes
HealthyJennifer: Thanks for that @robinfetter
VibekeVale: same marci

Tue Mar 29, 6:16:31pm
robinfetter: I’m with @veganinblack I cried all day
HealthyJennifer: Right CJ!
veganinblack: i was hopiing you did cry
AndiChristopher: i was a basket case for a couple days…
LisaAll: Yes Robin! I heard often that docs are in a hurry to give medicine and cut into you. Heard it when I had cnacer. It was not helpful to me and it was so untrue. they were conservative and wonderful and save me twice.
CJinPodunk: ya, I was in shock and numb all day
veganinblack: im still recovering
Sheree7: Ditto me too.. All night long
veganinblack: we took it all for her
MollyBurkey: Yea Jerry! Keep it positive!
robinfetter: I want to thank you @veganinblack for our phone call. No one else I knew understood like you did!
victoriamanda: lol, Jerry. I am trying so hard lately to be as positive as you.
veganinblack: yes robin
Chuck70: I remember reading her post about it and thought initially it was a JOKE
Sheree7: I am crying again now! So,happy to see Julie right now
sallygill: We all cried for you…

Tue Mar 29, 6:17:34pm
SuzanneHinds: Yes
AndiChristopher: yes you are going to be fine!!
sallygill: Jon is here and sends his love too.
veganinblack: yes now tears of joy
marnie1968: I couldn’t stop looking for updates on FB. I couldn’t stop thinking about Julie
VibekeVale: Same Marnie… I think we feel like she’s family.
MarlysJ: Me too. I was glued!
HealthyJennifer: Yes, me too!

Tue Mar 29, 6:18:34pm
MollyBurkey: Me too Marnie!!
CJinPodunk: JERRY YOU ARE TOTAL STATIC WHEN YOU TALK
Ramona15: Is anyone else find the sound distorted when Jerry talks?
SuzanneHinds: yes
Ramona15: JERRY, YOU SOUND DISTORTED
sallygill: Yes – I do too (hear the static with Jerry’s audio)
eileenyoder14: Yes
shannon: yes
robinfetter: I remember seeing the type of tumor she has and I recall it from med school. The survival rate is REALLY good. I give PD credit for that!
victoriamanda: yes, staticky kind of

Tue Mar 29, 6:19:36pm
AndiChristopher: thanks Robin for that
robinfetter: *seeing as in reading off PDL
VibekeVale: @robinfetter I didn’t know you are a medical doctor. How did I miss that?
robinfetter: I am a licensed PA
jerrypd: The audio is set for Julie, the volume of my voice is too loud
VibekeVale: PA?
victoriamanda: yes, Jerry that’s what it sounds like.
Chuck70: You live in PA lol
AndiChristopher: yeah Jerry loud and proud…oh and positive..haha
CJinPodunk: PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
VibekeVale: oh, we don’t have those here in Canada

Tue Mar 29, 6:20:50pm
HealthyJennifer: That looks great!
AngelaPD: Hi everyone
Sheree7: Hi angela
VibekeVale: Hi Angela!
melissaowen: I LOVED seeing all that popcorn Jerry lol
marnie1968: LOL about the popcorn!!
robinfetter: Physician’s Assistant…I can do the same a doctor does but I cannot do major surgeries. I never got my MD but same training and I can give people drugs and such
VibekeVale: cool.
veganinblack: ill take some drugs… heh
Chuck70: Can you send drugs, Robin?
VibekeVale: We could use those here.
TheresainMN: I didn’t know that, @robinfetter

Tue Mar 29, 6:21:53pm
anon5658: PD makes all your numbers perfect!
lauriecantu: lol Chuck!
robinfetter: Currently I am very very very very very part time
allveg: I’ve never seen my insurance doctor Robin. Just my PA. Love her!
VibekeVale: well you have a young family now.
robinfetter: my old bosses put me on call when they go on vacation
veganinblack: im getting insurance tomorrow and am very curious to get blood work and checked out
AndiChristopher: LOVE THE DR. WAS SO RECEPTIVE TO WHAT YOU WANTED JULIE!!!
TheresainMN: Look at all that popcorn!!!
veganinblack: popcorn is hilariuos

Tue Mar 29, 6:22:56pm
VibekeVale: That is a ton of popcorn LOL
CJinPodunk: That bag of popcorn cracks me up! Like he was nervous but he could keep popping!
anon5658: wow… Doctors have so much power- when they do the direct orders you can get anything from the kitchen
veganinblack: now the doc has an amazing article for a med journal
sallygill: Thank goodness she was able to get insurance (everyone can) and did so in time. We never think something like this will happen when we’re young.
AndiChristopher: now that is some popcorn
veganinblack: PD on the map
robinfetter: I like this hospital set up Jerry did! If I ever need to go to the hospital, I am sending my husband to Costco
vegangirl58: Wish the dieticians at the hospital would serve healthier options!
anon5658: It was so great they didn’t put oil on anything.
andrearun: I’m super impressed by the freshness of the food.
TheresainMN: Wow, you ate awesome!

Tue Mar 29, 6:23:59pm
robinfetter: When I had my kids, no lie…I ate all fruit in the hospital!
sallygill: Wonderful meals!!
veganinblack: WAS IT NICE TO EAT OUT
a2ellston: I one time at ALL the cereal in the hospital. That was a long time ago.
Chuck70: 20 years ago, after my quad bypass, they were serving me fried chicken and all kinds of bad stuff. I asked them why and they said “the most important thing after surgery is to keep up your strength”
VibekeVale: I start a job on Thursday as a dietary aide in a small retirement home. LORD, I hope they are open to some changes because OH MY, the food on the menu is homemade, but not nutritious or very healty.
LisaAll: Once when I was in the hospital before I could order they sent up a meal. I took the cover off and it was a whole fried fish! Poor little eyeball looking up at me. I gagged. take it away!!!
MarieJane1: IS THE BROWN RICE PLAIN WITH NOTHING ON IT?
robinfetter: Next time I have a medical emergency I am doing it in CA….I have friends in CA who have had experiences similar than Julie’s

Tue Mar 29, 6:25:03pm
Sheree7: @MarieJane1 plain brown rice is so good
Ramona15: YOU STILL SOUND DISTORTED JERRY.
eileenyoder14: Yes it is good Sheree!
HealthyJennifer: Yes Vibeke, they could use a dietary makeover!
CJinPodunk: I THINK MY BROTHER IN LAW IS A DR AT THAT HOSPITAL! DID YOU SEE HIM??
anon5658: love the edible arrangement!
AngelaPD: I was at the hospital with my sister today and before I left today – I was able to order her clean oatmeal, steamed veggies and rice and fresh fruit. The options for the meals made me cry!
allveg: The only thing I could eat in the hospital was canned veggies. Makes a difference you were in San Diego.
VibekeVale: @chuck I think that is the norm, unfortunately.

Tue Mar 29, 6:26:06pm
jerrypd: The distortion is something I cannot change without interrupting the feed
shannon: that would have been interesting
Chuck70: If I knew about PD 20 years ago, maybe I wouldn’t have had those damn 19 stents
sallygill: @Chuck70 Probably so!
TheresainMN: Wow @Chuck70 I didn’t know you had that many. So glad you are here now!
HealthyJennifer: Nineteen Chuck?!
robinfetter: I hope one/several of the nurses jumps on the PD wagon! Nurses are the backbone and they sacrifice soooo much!
CJinPodunk: NOT LUCK AND IT WASN”T RANDOM
a2ellston: Don’t look back Chuck.

Tue Mar 29, 6:27:07pm
SuzanneHinds: My girlfriend was recently in Loma Linda Medical Center Hospital in So. Cal. The food was amazing…this is a Seventh Day Adventist hospital…they are vegetarian.
Chuck70: I try not to Darleen, but sometimes it makes me mad and wanting to STICK to PD
AngelaPD: Good Suzanne!
allveg: Loma Linda is fantastic!
andrearun: I’m so glad you learned about weight loss surgery. My sister recently had lap band surgery. She’s not losing weight like she hoped. Her doctor just pushes protein. I think a protective diet would work much better.
robinfetter: @SuzanneHinds my friend had her baby at Loma Linda and ate like a vegan queen!
Sheree7: I can’t wait to get broccoli!
a2ellston: I was so bummed that Florida Hospital in Orlando a 7th day adventist hosptial seves meat.
CJinPodunk: Suzanne – a friend of mine is going to med school there. It is in the one BLUE ZONE in the USA.
CJinPodunk: I’m hoping that he learns about nutrition there!

Tue Mar 29, 6:28:09pm
SuzanneHinds: Yes! I’ve gone to some seminars there…great doctors.
mariaavery: hi
AngelaPD: Hi Maria
lauriecantu: This is a very motivating class!
allveg: @a2ellston I don’t undertand that at all!
robinfetter: I love the shaved look personally!
veganinblack: this is the most powerful photo ive ever seen
SuzanneHinds: The nursing staff was hit/miss.
mariaavery: hi angela
sunshineinutah: Hi maria
CJinPodunk: WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THAT PICTURE??
mariaavery: Hi amy
CJinPodunk: eeeek
melissaowen: YES I’VE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE THAT PICTURE OUT

Tue Mar 29, 6:29:12pm
melissaowen: ouch!!
MarlysJ: That is wear the brace was on her head.
CJinPodunk: ahhh
anon2699: @marci, are you getting insurance in response to Julie’s experience or is the timing coincidental? This is a huge reminder to all to get insured. No excuses.
sallygill: @anon2699 I so agree!!!!
veganinblack: ive needed it and this is the kick in the ass
AngelaPD: FrankenJulie!
VibekeVale: I am fortunate to live in Canada and have insurance.
sallygill: Great, Marci!
CJinPodunk: SO THEY DIDN”T SHAVE TOO MUCH

Tue Mar 29, 6:30:32pm
veganinblack: i love it
victoriamanda: They did great.
VibekeVale: you can’t even tell with her hair down.
robinfetter: That’s pretty conservative….I’ve seen bigger shave jobs!
CJinPodunk: ITS GOING TO HEAL AND THEN THEY REOPEN IT UP THERE?

Tue Mar 29, 6:31:43pm
Sheree7: Julie you look so beautiful and healthy
sallygill: Too much static – hard to hear.
CJinPodunk: eeeeeeeek
veganinblack: wow
PattyeOlmack: JERRY – IT IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING – PERHAPS YOUR MIC IS MOVING AROUND?
HealthyJennifer: You WILL be fine!
VibekeVale: @sallygill it will be good tomorrow when Jerry uploads it.
veganinblack: this is so good for my art
Ramona15: I can’t understand what Jerry is saying.\

Tue Mar 29, 6:32:58pm
sallygill: @VibekeVale I know. I think everyone wants to know what he’s saying now.
Sheree7: Turn your sound down and the sound is better
Ramona15: My volume is low
allveg: I can actually hear Jerry just fine.
jerrypd: as I said before there isn’t anything I can do about the volume
anon5658: A serious wakeup call!
jerrypd: without inturrupting the feed
VibekeVale: He’s stat-icky but i can understand him.
victoriamanda: I had a benign tumor in high school on my thyroid glad the size of a golf ball.
sallygill: Thanks, Jerry.

Tue Mar 29, 6:33:59pm
victoriamanda: gland
VibekeVale: What happened Victoria?
jerrypd: http://www.abta.org/brain-tumor-information/types-of-tumors/oligodendroglioma.html
Chuck70: cruciferous?
victoriamanda: They removed it. I’m 43 now though.
lauriecantu: JULIE ARE THERE ANY OTHER THINGS YOU PLAN TO CHANGE AFTER THIS DIAGNOSIS?, ELECTRONIC USE..wINE CONSUMPTION? ETC?
CJinPodunk: Lol chuck!
VibekeVale: a golf ball is pretty big
sallygill: @Chuck70 LOL!
victoriamanda: I went to high school with Julie.
veganinblack: thanks Jerry
VibekeVale: cool

Tue Mar 29, 6:36:37pm
robinfetter: Man… @jerrypd needs a gold medal for taking care of the sprouts! My husband would have done nothing!
SuzanneHinds: I always have sprouts going…love them.
anon5658: PD is such a reasonable way to eat and live.
HealthyJennifer: It is amazing to me that they think Julie had the tumor since childhood!
VibekeVale: i need to find broccoli seeds that are organic
jerrypd: lol
Chuck70: DID YOU MASSIVELY EDUCATE THE WHOLE HOSPITAL?
anon5658: The more you adhere to the program the less you want to deviate.
CJinPodunk: DO THE SPROUTS NEED TO BE CHOPPED LIKE BROCCOLI TO RELEASE THE SULFORPHANE?

Tue Mar 29, 6:37:39pm
allveg: @VibekeVale I get my organic broccoli seeds online.
Sheree7: Exactly anon5658
MarieJane1: WILL YOU NEED CHEMO AND/OR RADIATION? Your attitude and outlook is amazing.
Sheree7: I didn’t even know about the cards…..😟😟😟
veganinblack: no chemo
LisaAll: now we do Sheree,,,
VibekeVale: You’re making me cry! It was such an emotional time for all of us as I’m sure it was for you JULIE!
victoriamanda: I wish I had known about the cards too.

Tue Mar 29, 6:38:42pm
HealthyJennifer: I didn’t either @Sheree7 but we can send them when she goes back for the surgery
Sheree7: Vibeke you are not alone
anon5658: I’m not into excuses or family pressures to go off plan… I put myself first and I go home feeling much better than if I give in.
sallygill: @HealthyJennifer Yes indeed!!!
marnie1968: me too
robinfetter: @Sheree7 I didn’t know about the cards either! But it’s good to know when the surgery is scheduled
Sheree7: @ Robin yes!
victoriamanda: How do u guys tag the people ur talking to?
CJinPodunk: So now that we all know about the cards…watch out NEXT TIME!
VibekeVale: Put a @ before their name.

Tue Mar 29, 6:39:48pm
sallygill: @victoriamanda Click on the post you want to respond to or use @.
victoriamanda: oh ok… duh
AngelaPD: I may have missed it – BUT HOW BIG IS THE TUMOR?
MollyBurkey: No kidding CJ LOL
SuzanneHinds: I think stress is a big factor.
veganinblack: stress is sucky
VibekeVale: Yes, I need to manage stress better… but I have stopped drinking so that is good.

Tue Mar 29, 6:40:49pm
anon5658: @Robinlee I think stress is a factor for sure
veganinblack: my back issues were stress
lauriecantu: Good job Vibeke!
VibekeVale: I hold stress in my upper back and neck.
AndiChristopher: Vibeke…sooooo proud of YOU
VibekeVale: Thanks.
Walking and sleeping and cooking are great for stress.
VibekeVale: at least for me.

Tue Mar 29, 6:42:10pm
veganinblack: THE DOC IS SO EXCITED TO HAVE YOU AS A TOPIC FOR A MEDICAL JOURNAL> PD FOR LIFE
VibekeVale: JERRY I LOVE YOUR HOODIE!
victoriamanda: BY CHANCE DID YOU GET YOUR DOC OR NURSES TO GO PD?
jerrypd: Thanks Vibeke!

AndiChristopher: yes JULIE you ARE going to be OK!!
sallygill: @victoriamanda I’ll bet some are thinking about it!

Tue Mar 29, 6:43:17pm
VibekeVale: I bet they are.
victoriamanda: thats cool
AndiChristopher: uh oh…now it’s about us…here comes the tough love
VibekeVale: I’m ready for it!
Chuck70:
victoriamanda: ya were in trouble now
VibekeVale: lol
marnie1968: I need it!!
victoriamanda: i do too
AndiChristopher: JULIE BRING ON THE TOUGH LOVE…KEY WORD …LOVE…

Tue Mar 29, 6:44:26pm
VibekeVale: My focus has changed from weight loss to optimal health and then I lost four pounds. lol
AndiChristopher: right on vibeke
Sheree7: @VibekeVale awesome!
MarieJane1: Jerry, do you have a link to that graphic? I saw it on FB earlier and it’s pretty cool. I’d like to share it.
sallygill: The weight loss is a wonderful side effect of increased health.
mariaavery: that’s great vibeke
victoriamanda: I know I can do it and I love the food, I just get lazy!!!
anon2884: She just never sits still, huh?
VibekeVale: @victoriamanda keep it simple.
anon5658: if you’re past the 30 days, throw away your scale.
AngelaPD: Yeah, Vibeke!
VibekeVale: day 11
victoriamanda: yes, true. I even enjoy cooking.
VibekeVale: woohoo!

Tue Mar 29, 6:45:29pm
robinfetter: PD got rid of my acne…But when I got the flu and I didn’t realize it, my breakouts came back shortly afterwards but once I recovered, it reversed again.
VibekeVale: good, that’s good @victoriamanda
anon2884: She doesn’t sit still for a minute, huh?
a2ellston: JERRY CAN YOU PLEASE PUT THE PCITURE ON THE WEB. Can’t really see it.
SuzanneHinds: I love my scale! It keeps me accountable.
a2ellston: Thanks.
VibekeVale: I don’t weigh more than once every ten days.
lauriecantu: I can’t see it either. But would like to see what it is!
robinfetter: FYI- I still haven’t had the new Ben and Jerry’s vegan ice cream
VibekeVale: but as the weight comes off, i’ll weight less and less.
AndiChristopher: my video stopped!

Tue Mar 29, 6:46:31pm
anon5658: @SuzanneHinds if you don’t cheat, then it’s not an issue to be accountable
AndiChristopher: ok…got it back
SuzanneHinds: I’m not perfect.
TheresainMN: My video has been cutting out for about 15 minutes.
TheresainMN: Everything is closed and I’m the only one home
sallygill: Mine has been fine so far.
victoriamanda: my video is good

Tue Mar 29, 6:47:34pm
VibekeVale: same… it’s your internet connection.
SuzanneHinds: Jeans kind of act like a scale. I hate wearing jeans…not very comfortable.
TheresainMN: Was fine up until 10 minutes ago
melissaowen: WHAT ARE THOSE PURPLE THINGS IN THE BLUE?
TheresainMN: I’ll have to come back and watch the last half of the class tomorrow
AndiChristopher: WOW…COOL TO HAVE THE VISUAL
lauriecantu: JERRY IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE THIS PICTURE WITH THE DESCRIPTION WRITTEN OUT, IT’S EASIER TO UNDERSTAND THAT WAY!

Tue Mar 29, 6:48:34pm
allveg: @SuzanneHinds: Some are motivated by the scale, others are defeated. I find it motivational like you.
SuzanneHinds:
jerrypd:
anon5658: eliminate the foods that make you crave and you don’t have an issue with off plan foods
SuzanneHinds: If I eat 100% pd and not enough veggies my weight loss slows. The scale helps me see that…along with a food log.
VibekeVale: who is anon?
MarlysJ: If you click on it, I got my own picture of it.
mariaavery: if you click on the photo it makes it bigger
lauriecantu: Thanks Jerry!

Tue Mar 29, 6:49:37pm
sallygill: Click on the graphic Jerry just posted and save the graphic.
sallygill: Thanks, Jerry!!
melissaowen: thanks for posting visual

veganinblack: i dont find it to be tough love
veganinblack: its real
TheresainMN: Well, I can’t make anything out anymore. It’s cutting out so badly that I can’t make sense of what she’s saying.
VibekeVale: @veganinblack…same.
anon5658: when you walk the walk this isn’t tough love. it’s obvious.
VibekeVale: @TheresainMN stay inthe chat
VibekeVale: watch tomorrow.

Tue Mar 29, 6:52:58pm
KarenKP: Love the tough love, Julie!
TheresainMN: Yeah, I muted it now because it’s too hard to listen.

AndiChristopher: THE VISUAL REALLY HELPED
lsafran: Julie is so inspiring
anon3660: What time Saturday morning?

anon5658: exactly.
MarlysJ: 11:00 EST
anon5658: enabling isn’t helpful
canderson9113: Julie, i love your passion! You are so spot on

Tue Mar 29, 6:55:04pm
anon3660: @MarlysJ Thank you
robinfetter: I get Julie Marie’s approach. I liked how different it was and how I didn’t feel like I was left to femd for myself
robinfetter: pardon the typos
CJinPodunk: SOMEONE ASKED A QUESTION UP THERE ABOUT TESTING AND ENDOTHELIUM
VibekeVale: @robinfetter you’re fired! lol
andrearun: I’m still waiting for more energy and still struggling with fibromyalgia pain. I’ve seen some improvement and won’t give up. I know it will come. Thank you for being such an inpiration.
robinfetter: ha!
AngelaPD: I think about my body healing with every bite of food I eat.
jerrypd: An endopat is the test for endothelium. It’s very expensive and not very common
KarenKP: That is why this program is successful-the tools are there to help anyone be 100%.
lauriecantu: Love it Angela!
sallygill: @AngelaPD I do as well, Angela!
VibekeVale: @angela I feel the same way…

Tue Mar 29, 6:56:06pm
jerrypd: most places do not have the machine
anon5658: Food=medicine
CJinPodunk: Thanks Jerry
AngelaPD: Mindful Eating helps that
HealthyJennifer: I am right where I need to be!
jerrypd: just eat pd and take control of your stress and there’ll be no need for a test
jerrypd: lol
MollyBurkey: Me too Jennifer!
allveg: It gets easier to stay PD all the time.
sallygill: @AngelaPD I am working to be more mindful, even though I’m 100% PD.
lauriecantu: True Jerry!
VibekeVale: I am having a really easy time of it right now.
lauriecantu: Mindful eating!!
anon5658: @allveg exactly

Tue Mar 29, 6:57:07pm
MollyBurkey: I can’t imagine eating any other way! I love it! PD4Life

lauriecantu: Me too Andi. I think I’m giving it up, it’s too hard!
mariaavery: Andi keep doing your best. It will get easier the more you try.
veganinblack: im almost 3 years PD and more excited about it everyday
lauriecantu: and will save money!
robinfetter: The one thing I learned before I went 100% PD was how easy it was to adapt my favorite cookbooks to PD. it made it attainable and now being 100% had been almost too easy

Tue Mar 29, 6:59:20pm
AndiChristopher: i can’t give it up with family…i will overcome this! but i may need help
mariaavery: Me to Marci!
allveg: Jerry –I agree. No need for excuses.
TheresainMN: I wish I could hear.

sallygill: @lauriecantu We don’t go out to eat much any more. I like the food we make at home better.
robinfetter: *has
sunshineinutah: Me too Marci
I agree the whole point of the support group is to get us ALL 100% and see how it is possible and successful
VibekeVale: yes, when I am off the 30 day detox I will start modifying other recipes to make them PD.
MollyBurkey: We do too Sally
veganinblack: Vibeke you got this
GranmaSusie: LINK TO GRAPHIC SO WE CAN PRINT IT?
lauriecantu: Sally, it’s really not worth it in the end!
AngelaPD: Your body has to work so hard on trying to fix that one bite of Costco food – don’t waste your body’s energy on that!

Floraphx: Julie and Jerry…I see that you are still “on” in the chat room. Perhaps you are busy doing something else and your computer is just on and you won’t be seeing this. Thank you so much for all you do for us. I am so happy that you are doing well Julie. It’s hard for me to watch the class live because it’s a constant stutter (yes, everything else is off) but tonite I stuck it out and kept refreshing so I could get to see at least part of it. I wanted to be able to really see Julie and know she is doing as well as she has been saying she is on PDL. We are all SO BLESSED that we found you both and if there is anything that I can do or that we can do as a group to help you both, please let us know. I’ll be sure to watch the entire lesson after you put it up in the Archives. (P.S. yesterday and today I’ve had at least 5 people say that it looks like I’ve lost weight. Two other people saw my lunch and said “that sure looks healthy!” Plus, I think I may be having a little BCS going on so it’s all good for me here in Arizona!) Good night to everyone!
