Most recipes are made in less than 30 minutes…and make large portions…so I freeze the extra…they become my “fast food” for evenings I don’t feel like cooking!

      I am allergic to many foods….have been since I was a baby. I am now 54…..I break out in hives just about everyday to some degree. I have been eating plant based off and on for over 5 years. I cannot have any fruits except banana and apples. All berries, melons, pears, peaches, break me out in hives, and causes swollen throat. Does your recipes look like something I could eat?

        Many of the baked goods contain banana and apple sauce so you’d be good with those. There are a few recipes that use berries. I would suggest looking at them individually and evaluate each one.
