    OHD Program guide and requirements:

    1. Enroll in Protective Diet Education
    2. Submit your Day 1 testimonial on protectivediet.com under “Add a Testimonial” and select the Optimum Health Drive option
      Submission must include:
      -Day 1 photo
      -Current weight
      -Current health challenges
      -Most recent total cholesterol score
      -Blood pressure reading, if challenged with high blood pressure
      -Morning blood glucose level, if challenged with diabetes
      -Health or weight loss goals
    3. Engage in Pre-class Chats, Live Class and Live Coaching hour to receive personal support
    4. Class attendance and community engagement is expected
    5. Keep a Calendar of Achievements documenting notable changes and achievements
    6. A monthly testimonial submission must be made every 30 days to the “Add a Testimonial” page on protectivediet.com
      Submission must include:
      -Weight
      -Notable health changes
      -Follow up total cholesterol score when available
      -Blood pressure reading, if challenged with high blood pressure
      -Morning blood glucose level, if challenged with diabetes
      -Note physicality and mental outlook
      -Share how cooking, shopping and your lifestyle change is coming along
      -Progress photo taken every 30 days in the same position as your Day 1 photo
    7. Stock and learn to manage a Protective Diet Pantry
    8. Complete the three practice levels outlined on The Guide to Optimal Health
      -The 30 Day Detox and Taste Bud Reprogram
      -50/50 Balanced Plate Practice
      -Mindful Eating Challenge – 21 Meals to Mastery
    9. At the completion of your sixth month, submit your testimonial highlighting your committed practice and documented health improvements
      Submission must include:
      -After photo taken in the same position as your Day 1 photo
      -Notable health changes
      -Follow up total cholesterol score
      -Blood pressure reading, if challenged with high blood pressure
      -Morning blood glucose level, if challenged with diabetes
      -Note physicality and mental outlook
      -Share how cooking, shopping and your lifestyle change is coming along

    Upon completion of the program requirements, you will experience life-changing health rewards along with an enrollment fee reimbursement credit of $100 applied to your protectivediet.com account

    Participants are eligible for a one-time reimbursement only if they were charged an enrollment fee and completed the program guidelines and requirements for eligibility within 365 days of initial enrollment
