    Hi, this looks great! In Norway we can’t get canned sweet potato, can I adjust the amount of flour and use cooked sweet potato?

    Oh my gosh.
    This was my first time making the “cream cheeze” and the frosting reeled me in. This is incredible!
    Also, I’m not a big fan of the PD cake, but THIS one is VERY good..It’s my favorite for sure. I made the gluten free cupcakes.

    If you like the PD Brownies, I think you’ll love the gluten free carrot cupcakes!!!
