Jerry I loved this class and truly appreciate your time in front of the camera. Ive had the camera experience many times in my life and I know how stressful it can be. You came thru like a pro! I would like to hear more about your daily activities to help with stress and anxiety. They make a huge difference for me. Thanks again!

I asked my dear mother who just celebrated her 103rd birthday how she handled worry especially about us four kids she raised. She remarked that she said her prayers every night to cover all her loved ones than went to bed in a peaceful state. I have tried to emulate this for my ow family and I think there in is the secret mojo in this practice.

Mary, Happy Birthday and God bless your mother! With strong faith, like your dear mother I too put my loved ones and worries to rest during prayers knowing God is always guiding us. When a loved on is in poor health and asked to pray for improvement I see them as watched over, healed and well. When worried about accomplishing an upcoming task I see it as perfectly complete. When praying for a friend to do well on a test or complete a triathlon I see God guiding them every step of the way with a perfect finish. This is a beautiful practice to pass down three generations. Best of health to you and your family.
