      I loved this class! I love the third meal with popcorn and seasonal fruit. So many times I have wanted to make my third meal late and something like this but always felt quilts eating so late. No more! Can’t wait to start doing this.

      I can relate to your 3rd meal being that snacky meal. I’m the same way! I tend to eat a bigger meal around 3 or 4pm, so at night, I just want a little something. Such great ideas – and I love how beneficial ciltantro is to our bodies!
