    Great tutorial Julie Marie! Yes, you win some and lose some with jackfruit but it’s all worthwhile. I let one of mine get too brown as well plus then I noticed some mold patches and opened it up it was not edible had to toss it. Thank you for all the hints on shopping at international and ethnic markets!!
