Four months, 42.8 pounds!! And I keep saying this, but it is SO EASY! I just make and eat delicious PD food. The end. I don’t ever feel stressed or obsessed with food or my weight; they’re taken care of! It is truly amazing. The picture in the blue dress was from October. I don’t even think that was my peak weight, but I am shocked and how tired and sick I look! I felt awful and it showed. Unfortunately, I still have minor and temporary “flares” of joint pain, muscle aches and neurological issues. I even think I feel them more acutely now, because in between flares I feel fantastic and the relief is so evident. Those good days are such a blessing. I am so excited to see what month 5 brings!
