    Great class! So helpful. You don’t have to wash the romaine? I guess my romaine is a bit more rustic here. Sometimes I even find little bugs and dirt on my leaves! I guess that is how they sell it here in Spain. Even the sweet potatoes sometimes are caked in dirt… Wish I could cut and eat!

      I find it depends on the season. All winter my romaine was loaded with dirt and sand. Now that spring has hit it has been so clean. I check and every bag is different.
