The corn harvest has begun—and the Corn Rib has gone viral on social media! Unfortunately, it is dressed in health-inhibiting butter and seasoned with dry rubs containing microbiome-inhibiting food additives and sugar. But, thanks to this Protective Diet microbiome-promoting remake we can celebrate summer with a fun-to-eat party platter of BBQ Corn Ribs without sacrificing our good health. This recipe offers protective sauce options and includes both outdoor grill and indoor oven directions. The Notes section supports the PD Microbiome Population Project class series with information on how food additives deplete the microbiome and how to foster protective microbes known to combat oxidative stress.

These are so fun and delicious—another great way to enjoy fresh corn season! I served them for a group and they were gobbled up very quickly.
By the way, I am currently without a BBQ and so made them in my Breville air fryer and they turned out perfechly.
So you are eating the cooked cob?
We eat it like a rib. The cob is discarded like a rib bone
