I made the bbq tofu tonight. O wow! It took some time to freeze the tofu and then defrost it and press it and then marinate it.. But… The final result was delicious!!! The texture was chewy and soo good! I baked mine in the oven. I will be making this weekly from now on! Thanks Julie!!!
