  1. Just made a double batch of this recipe for the first time today! Had a cucumber that I needed to use in the fridge so added that also. This is a wonderful, fresh tasting salad. The dressing really adds some zip without too much heat if that isn’t something you care for. Another winner from Julie! I waited too long to try it.
