I make this recipe with 10-bean soup mix instead of using black beans, and it comes out great!

This recipe is fabulous and so very easy. Another one for my 10 favorites booklet! I’ll also use it on the Mexican Pizza crust. Can’t wait for that! This is my go to chili recipe – so easy to make and very versatile. I always keep some on hand for weeknight dinners: tacos, burrito bowls, tostadas, chips with cheeze . . or just alone with toppings. It’s definitely a favorite in our house!

Absolutely Delicious! So easy and cheap! This is plant-based perfection in a bowl. The smell alone is worth the recipe 🙂
