Love this pie. I was out of erythritol so I blended pineapple with the water for sweetness. Turned out great.

I have made this pie twice. The first time it was pretty tart because I think the blueberries just weren’t the sweetest. The second time I made it I added a little more arythitol and it was perfect. I only have a small pie dish so I make it in a casarole plan and spread it out more. It works great that way, too.
I dont hae the liquid stevia, what can I use in place
I would pick some up or you could try it without.
I just have to say this is my favorite by far! I LOVED it! So easy;)
