Broccoli in Garlic Sauce Premium PD Recipe

This recipe is one of my favorite weekly quick and easy, flavorful and satisfying go-to recipes. It uses Protective Diet pantry staples and only requires one fresh ingredient that you can even replace with frozen veggies. The star is the shiny dark brown gravy infused with delicious garlic and ginger. This recipe will give you many options and variations to keep you happily enjoying an abundant amount of protective vegetables.


  1. Love this recipe. Tastes like the broccoli dish I used to get at the Thai restaurant. I makes the broccoli so yummy that it’s no hardship to get a 50/50 bowl. I will eat this often and try adding tofu to it.

  2. Every time I brought this out at work to heat up people wanted to know who had the food that smelled so good. The smell is divine and it was yummy for several meals. Makes broccoli a treat to eat.
