Broiled Veggies Premium PD Recipe


Growing up in Chicago, our outdoor grilling weather was limited to a third of the year. Those winters were long, so we used the next best thing, our oven broiler. I look at my broiler as an upside down grill. The only difference is the heat is coming from the top instead of the bottom. I love it and have enjoyed indoor BBQ deliciousness my whole life. This recipe will open your eyes up to what an awesome tool an oven broiler is, especially when it’s a cold day in January and you’re in the mood for summertime BBQ. Start off with some delicious grilled veggies. Use them to top a salad or dress up a creamy dish of Fat Free Fredo. This technique is fast, easy and so rewarding.
