  1. For Valentine’s Day I decided to make Bruschetta as an appetizer before serving my wife the Tomato Cream Sauce Over Pasta With Spinach. I took the recipe from Julie’s newsletter and was very glad I did.

    The entire meal was quick and easy to prepare. I made the mini PD burger buns and those that my son and I didn’t eat were cut in half and toasted. I ended up topping with a spoonful of the tomato mix along with the recommended Balsamic vinegar.

    These were very, very tasty! My wife really enjoyed them. Thanks for another great recipe!
