    Love love love this dish. its become a staple in my house. Leftovers are good cold too, if you have any. The Buffalo cauliflower is super easy to make and really fun to eat.

    Every SAD eater that has tried these has loved them. I know we aren’t usually concerned with the nutritional analysis however, 1/3 cup of Franks red hot sauce is 16 tsp at 180 each makes it 2880 per recipe so probably a good idea to share and not consume the whole batch at one time or use 1/4 cup Franks and subbing applesauce for the rest which cuts the sodium down to 2160.

    I’ll never eat cauliflower any other way. Never is a strong word,,,, but really! I can’t believe how good they are! Can’t wait for my husband to try them! Never thought I would be able to eat ‘Chili’s Buffalo Wings’ again! Thank you!!!!!

    What can I use in place of hot sauce! I cannot eat hot sauce. Plant based milk with the oat flour for the batter?
