Busy Day Chili With Dried Beans Premium PD Recipe

The original Protective Diet Busy Day Chili is a slow cooker recipe using canned beans. In this recipe I have reduced cooking time and improved ingredient quality while cutting costs by using organic dried beans in the Instant Pot. This from-scratch cooking method features a faster, no-chop, morning quick-prep utilizing the “Delay Start” feature for the ultimate aromatherapeutic appetizer on chilly, busy evenings. We incorporate the Autumn harvest of corn, onions, and sweet peppers with the Broiled Trinity. Busy Day Chili is a Halloween tradition at our house, served over Instant Mac and Cheeze, topped with raw protective diced onion, cilantro, and the last of the fresh garden tomatoes. I veg-it-up with shredded lettuce dressed in Jerry‘s Plant-Based Yogurt for an unforgettable chili salad crunch as demonstrated in the attached video.
