Lorie, The exact dish I used is linked in green on the recipe. All Protective Diet recipes will fit into a six-quart electric pressure cooker. They will also work in an eight-quart.

With the instant pot do you put it on high? From the video it looks like you left it on high so that what I did, but I wasn’t sure.

Yes on High. In some older recipes I reduce it to low but no longer do that. It was bad advise from a member back when I was only using the Secura Pressure Cooker. The only recipe I move to low pressure is the Tamales.

I have noticed that the texture gets even denser the longer the cake is refrigerated. The fourth day it is amazing! If you can hold off eating a piece or two and let it hang out in refrigerator it is worth the wait.
