    1. Yes on High. In some older recipes I reduce it to low but no longer do that. It was bad advise from a member back when I was only using the Secura Pressure Cooker. The only recipe I move to low pressure is the Tamales.

  1. I have noticed that the texture gets even denser the longer the cake is refrigerated. The fourth day it is amazing! If you can hold off eating a piece or two and let it hang out in refrigerator it is worth the wait.
