This pie was excellent. I found sweet red cherries in the frozen section at Costco and it was perfect. I haven’t made it since but it’s a good time to make pie again!
Is there an update to this recipe using erythritol in place of stevia?
I’d give it a try without the stevia, just skip it all together. If you try the E-Sugar let us know how it turned out?
I made this with a bag of cherries from Costco that had 3 different types in it. It was very good. Goes good with a side of frosty for a really filling dessert/dinner. 🙂
This pie is so easy to make and so unbelievably good! The cherries I used were black, and while they didn’t make as pretty a pie as the lighter red cherries would have, the appearance didn’t bother me at all. The taste more than made up for it!
