I should have named this health-promoting, creamy dark chocolate, oil-free, fat-free, nut-free, and tofu-free Too Good To Be True Pie. Healthy people all around the world will be celebrating and more than likely fighting over the last slice as they eat their way to optimal health this holiday season.   1. I really savored every bite of this today for breakfast. The crust wasn’t the best but I’ve never been good at crust so I wouldn’t count that against the recipe. I’d even make this as just chocolate pudding. It was THAT good. Thank you Julie!

  2. Absolutely love this pie! I have made it several times now. I brought it to work and my coworkers loved it and remarked on how rich, creamy, and dark chocolate it was. Not a piece leftover. I prefer rolling out the crust so it is thin and even. Love having something healthy that I can share that you don’t need any taste bud reprogramming to enjoy. A real crowd pleaser!

  3. This was good! The texture of the filling was very smooth and silky, but mine formed a tough skin on top during baking–is there a method to avoid that?

    I’m not a big fan of any of the pie crusts. I’m still hoping that there’s a PD wonder out there waiting to be found!
