Really like these – but don’t care much for stevia – even reducing it by half. Can we use e-sugar on these or change the proportion of cherries to sweeten them instead? Thanks for this recipe!
I won’t lie both time I made these they never made it to balls! I just ate the batter!
Who would have thought black beans would make truffles? I have made brownies with black beans before but that was using the old vegan style recipe using brown rice syrup or sugar! Thanks for a delicious sugar free treat. I didn’t have cherries so used some fresh blackberries and they came out good. Will try cherries next.
These are amazing! It is such a great recipe. We can eat our new kind of candy and not feel bad. I am excited to take these to the movies with me!
These were great! Love the cacao flavor. They were so simple to make. A short dessert recipe much simpler than regular truffles and much better for you!
Truffles easy to make a great fancy treat Bravo Julie Marie Love it21
Yep loved it so much they didn’t make it to a truffle. I ate the batter:) Next time for sure!
So creamy and delicious! My sugar-eating husband said that I should try adding some stevia, and didn’t believe me when I said that there was lots of stevia in them! I assured him that he’d love them if he quit all sugars for 30 days! đŸ™‚
