  1. Sooooo great!! I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but I’m going on a road trip this weekend, and I decided these would be a perfect handy little snack. Really yummy!!! My dough fell apart a little at first, so I needed a bit longer and it turned out perfect! Thank you!’

  2. I just made these and the first bite was so yummy! I took a second and then a third, and then I decided that they were way too sweet. I have been off sugar for three years and I think my taste buds have really been reprogrammed. I think I’m going to try this recipe with half the e-sugar! Thank you so much for all your hard work and finding sweets for us newbies!

    1. They are from the Container Store and called Keeper Flexible Sealware. I featured them in the kids lunch packing PD-Ed lesson because they are easy to open for little hands, but stay sealed nicely.

  3. These are great but mine to not come together has effortlessly as yours do Julie. I always have to add a little more oat flour because it is stuck to my hands in globs. Any thoughts? Your cookie dough also looks like it rolls out so nicely mine falls apart.

    1. With baking there are many variables, such as scooping flour into the measuring cup vs spooning flour when measuring. Did you over pour vanilla or decide 3 teaspoons is 1 Tablespoon (it is not) or use a heaping amount of the moist ingredient? Sounds like you know just what to do to make the adjustment for perfect dough bites!

  4. I made these today and it was very easy. My dough was very sticky and would not roll out. I added a Tbsp. more of the dry ingredient and that worked perfectly! These were such a treat. I made half of them into dough bites and the rest into the Vanilla Wafers. Thank you for another sweet treat recipe, Julie.
