5 stars! These probiotic poppers are fun and yummy. It is amazing how much fermentation mellows the natural tartness of cranberries. They were a really nice addition to my salad and great in cranberry vinaigrette. I’m looking forward to trying them in yogi bowls, winter fruit salad, and cranberry salsa too.
