    Protective Diet is the guilt free loophole for foodies. I had the Creamy Cheeze slathered on the Cinnamon Swirled Sweet potato cake. This is all vegan, oil free, sugar free, nut free and food additive free. The Cream Cheeze is very simple, the process takes a few days and is well worth the wait. What a treat that I can eat everyday and keep off the 45lbs I lost.
