      I never was into kale chips from the store, too expensive and i didnt really get it. I made them last nite and it hit the popcorn spot.

      I love kale chips as a daily snack. It is nice to have a recipe that does not contain a ton of oil(or any at all!)
      Kale chips are also my two year old”s favorite snack! He could easily eat a pound in one sitting!

      These are so easy to make! Love the crunch. Now the question is do I bake the kale for me or save it for Sholno and Samuel for their Lucky Dog Food???

      To myself, I call it eating air when I eat these, because they are so light, but tasty & nutritional!
