Dill Dip Premium PD Recipe


I grew up dipping into this creamy 70s style dip. My Auntie Cindy made it for every holiday and served it in a hollowed-out round loaf of deliciously fresh rye bread. This dip was loved by all the kids before dinner and guaranteed to spoil our appetites. We just couldn’t stop from dipping one more carrot, bell pepper or a cubed piece of fresh bread into this indulgent holiday starter. Serve up this healthy version for your family and friends, or enjoy it for dinner like I grew up doing during the holidays. One of the many benefits of a Protective Diet is that we can eat creamy dips, bread, and veggies and call it dinner on our path to optimal health while achieving our ideal body weight.
