    Finally made these. So easy and the instructions were simple to follow. I had a longer cooking time than 11 minutes. I ate these with the cream cheese and cucumbers on top.

    My bagels raise nicely but don’t keep their shape through the whole process, they end up being pretty flat. Any suggestions?

      I would try to handle them as little as possible. Make a small hole like in the video and allow them to re-rise in a warm place after making the hole.

    These bagels are a “must have” staple! I am intimidated by baking, and they are easy. Making my second batch in a week – be sure to make a double batch!!
