Filet-No-Fish Premium PD Recipe

2015-06-09

Slip this crispy coated, tender filet into a soft PD Burger Bun layered with PD Creamy Tartar Sauce. This is a home-run sandwich with delicious familiar flavors and awesome eye appeal. There’s no guilt in this un-fried fish-less patty filled with whole plant nutrients and gluten-free whole grains. Enjoy knowing you are reducing your risk of disease, as well as reducing the destruction of our planet from over-fished seas and dead sea floors due to fish farming.

So fast and easy! Hubby kept saying “This is a big surprise, the texture is perfect.” We ate it with fresh lemon wedges and PD tartar sauce. Thanks for the fabulous and creative recipe!

Light and crispy; tastes like the real deal minus the gross fishy taste!

Oh my yumminess! I love this spicy goodness. Even my non tofu-loving kids like this. I made some taco slaw/cabbage salsa and mashed pinto beans to serve with it. Give it a try!

A real game changer! The flavors and textures are spot on and it is easy peasy! Next time I will make a double batch… At least!

Is it all crisp or is some of it soft?
