    Can these be made with oat flour?

      You can always try substituting alternative flours. Keep in mind the texture will be heavy maybe even dumpling-like.

    These focaccia muffins are fantastic; the texture is very satisfying and the herbs and add-ins are perfect! My son loved them and ate 4 in one sitting! I liked them best after completely cooled and flavors allowed to meld.
