I wanted to make this as a sandwich so I poured the batter into 2 rectangular Ikea snap lid dishes, approximately 5 x 7 inches. I placed one dish on the stainless rack and the second dishes on top of the first, perpendicularly. I cooked it as directed and it came our perfectly. I cut the frittata in half and it fit on the toast. I used broccoli and red pepper. I was able to put the snap lids on the glass containers to store in the refrigerator. Thanks Julie Marie!
