This flavorful salad dressing has the body of oil-based vinaigrette due to the addition of chia seeds. It coats the veggies and doesn’t roll off like most oil-free dressings. This makes an excellent dressing for a green leafy salad or a pasta salad.

This dressing is excellent. Thanks Julie!
I thought the French was my favorite now i think this one is. SO many good recipes!!
I have made this twice, first time I felt it was too sweet so today I cut back the stevia to just a few drops. Very good, love how quick and easy this is.
I really enjoyed this dressing. I doubled the recipe, and saved it for a couple of days. It’s even better later on! I love how I can dress my salad with no worries. I like a lot of dressing typically. I will be making this again!
I usually rotate between this and the ranch dressing. I love it poured over a veggie pasta salad too. Or just to dip cut up veggies in.
I just made this dressing this morning and had it on my salad for lunch….OH MY GOODNESS! It’s the best! Thank you for such a great recipe!
I had this for first time today for lunch! Pretty awesome!
This dressing has such depth it is my new favourite dressing. The chia seeds do thicken it up which is lovely because it actually does stick to the salad and not pool at the bottom of the bowl! This is a winner!
This is So awesome!!
This is my favorite dressing so far. I make it double and have it all week in a jar for lunch salads.
Can you please put the list and instructions back up in text form? I love this recipe, but I don’t want to have to skip back and forth through an 8 minute video. A list would be much easier.
