This recipe is always a hit with my family!!! It’s actually a good way to get my kids to eat more vegetables too! Also you can premake the crumbles and tzatziki sauce a day ahead and from there dinner is a breeze! I always have corn chips and pita chips on hand so it makes it extra easy to throw together in a pinch!
My hubby loved it!! He is not a tomato and cucumber guy, but said the gyro crumble, olives and sauce counterbalanced them perfectly. He said he liked it, threetimes. THAT is high praise from him.
