Greek Soy Yogurt Premium PD Recipe

This simple recipe transforms PD Plant Based Yogurt into a rich and creamy Greek-style yogurt that’s so thick it’s spreadable. The hardest part is deciding whether to use it to top a taco, as a dip for strawberries, spread on a sandwich, or just enjoyed plain with a spoon.

  1. I took the advice from an Instant Pot group and skipped the step of heating the soy milk. As it is already in an aseptic container, there isn’t a need to heat it first. I simply put my starter culture into the box of soy milk, give it a shake and then put into 3 pint jars into the Instant Pot. I find that 12 hours makes a thicker yogurt. So yummy!

  2. I have registered and logged in. Every recipe I ask to see, it asks me to register again before I can see it, then when I go to the registration page, it won’t let me register (as I am already registered and logged in). You guys have a serious web issue here. Sorry but no can use site. No matter how good the site is, if we public can’t use it, it is useless. Kathy
