I modernized this classic casserole to simplify and veg up our protective plates. Ditch the cans for fresh organic freezer ingredients to improve the color, texture, and plant fiber diversity. Easy-to-clean stainless steel sheet pans and the Breville Smart Air mini oven inspired this remake. I have also included directions for cooking in a standard oven and will teach you how to incorporate short-cut, flavor-building, protective cooking techniques. This sheet pan veggie toss topped with Rosemary Crispies makes a delicious addition to veg up your plate of Kids’ Spaghetti. It is also tasty served over Creamy Mashed Potatoes By The Pound or as the veggie half of a Seasoned Brown Rice bowl. Jerry‘s favorite is with a basket of Drop & Bake Biscuits. I am not a fan of the traditional green bean casserole that’s made by a lot of people during the holidays. But this tray bake is delicious! I’ve made it a few times this month.
