Avocados are falsely marketed as a magical health food. When we stop eating them we slim down effortlessly, reduce cholesterol, and improve insulin reception to reverse diabetes.   1. My whole family loved this recipe! Mine was quite a bit looser than the picture–was I supposed to drain the liquid from the canned chickpeas? Or maybe it’s because I used firm, not extra-firm tofu. Still the perfect fresh-burst taste and totally delightful! We will make this often. I love that it will never brown–perfect for school lunches.
