  1. Just enjoyed my first glass…what a treat! I have always loved eggnog since I was a kid and looked forward to it every winter…now it’s back in my life! I reduced the erythritol to 2 T and added stevia to taste as I am not a big e-sugar fan…I also bumped up the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla slightly! Thanks Julie…2 thumbs up!

  2. Made this today and love it. Mine didn’t turn as yellow as yours. I must have erred on the side of caution with the turmeric! Hard to measure I guess. A few lumps of cornstarch happened because I didn’t follow the directions and had it all heating up as I added ingredients instead of starting with all cold. Just strained all with the whole cloves.
    It’s a golden cinnamon y color but oh so tasty. Can’t wait to use it in my morning tea.
