Homemade Lasagna Premium PD Recipe

My guess is that you never expected to be enjoying lasagna and achieving all your health goals while slimming down. You definitely never thought you’d be cutting costs by making your own fresh pasta. It sounds like a project, but trust me it isn’t. I think Italian women just play it up that they are working hard all day in the kitchen when it comes to making homemade noodles. I also think you should, too. After you quickly roll out these noodles and layer them up to bake, put a sign on the kitchen door that says keep out. Put your feet up and have a cup of tea. You’ll have everyone thinking you’re working so hard to create a masterpiece from scratch.

  1. Wow, fantastic recipe ! This is the first time I have made this dish but it will not be the last. I made the noodle a bit too thick, but then again, I love homemade noodles. Thanks Julie!

    1. How wonderful! Too thick is better than too thin. I once made rolled them way too thin because I thought I could double the recipe without doubling the noodles. Big mistake, the very thin noodles cooked away into the sauce. It was like glue where my noodles disappeared.
