Whether you call it sauce or gravy, it will be ready in five! And, in under twenty minutes you’ll be enjoying perfectly pressure-cooked pasta tossed into dreamy dairy-free, nutmeg kissed alfredo. This is a sure-thing, quick-prep, satisfying meal that Jerry gets excited about. Pasta always pleases him, and I can veg-it-up with baby spinach or frozen peas multiplying the protection in this pantry-handy meal. Put this one on your fast five protective recipe list! See the option to make a cup at a time to sauce up Flatbread Pizza, enjoy as a bread dip, or toss with a single serving of pasta. The simple sauce naturally contains beta-glucan fiber, an immunoprotective ingredient, improving the body’s immune system defense against foreign invaders by enhancing the ability of macrophages, neutrophils, and natural killer cells to respond to and fight a wide range of challenges such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. Beta glucan fiber offers intestinal support as a prebiotic fermented in the gut microbiome producing anti-inflammatory short-chain fatty acids, tightening the epithelium (gut lining), reducing and improving health disorders and diseases characterized by intestinal barrier dysfunction. Before you dive into dinner please visualize and express your gratitude for the protection in this five-minute sauce designed to satisfy and protect you and your family.

Made the Alfredo with spinach and whole wheat pasta and topped with Italian crumble. So very filling too. This recipe is a top 5 for sure!
This is definitely a new favorite and absolutely at the top of my ‘fast five’ list! This is the best WFPB oil-free, nut free Alfredo sauce I’ve had! Delicious with spinach and fresh basil added, and topped with a sprinkle of nutmeg!
This is easy and awesome!!
Very fast and very yummy!
SO good. My husband liked it. It was fast. I assembled the sauce ingredients earlier in the day in a saucepan. Ready to cook when I wanted.
Delicious and fast. I walked in at 7:00 and sat down to eat at 7:30. Love that!
I can’t wait to try this next! Thank you for another recipe of something I haven’t eaten In years and now I can eat guilt free knowing I’m protecting my body!
It is so delicious and creamy! I’m excited to hear what you think. Last night we had White Pizza with this sauce and lots of spinach. I’ll share a pizza layering video today.
