  1. Oh My Gosh! This cream sauce is soooooo good! No, it’s Great! I will be making it at least every 10 days. I am a lone PDer and the one cup sauce makes two meals for me. Dipping toast in the sauce is such a treat. YUM!

  2. I recently started PD and have made this recipe twice. In fact this evening I doubled the recipe to have enough for over the weekend.

    Its creamy goodness, coupled with the garlic and the red pepper flakes, give it a very nice zing. Last week I had it on rigatoni. This evening I had it on brown rice spirals. The pasta absorbs the sauce magnifique. If there was an icon for putting my fingers in a half circle and kissing them while saying, “magnique”. I certainly would! Thanks for this great recipe.

  3. This recipe is 5 stars! It is fast, easy, and doesn’t compromise in flavor–delicious! I came to the end of a very long and very busy day and didn’t have a lot of energy left to make dinner. This meal came together in minutes…pasta in the IP, and in 2 minutes sauce on the stovetop. I added a bag of mixed vegetables to the pasta, and after everything was cooked stirred in fresh parsley. Looking forward to trying it on pizza and dipping with fresh baked bread!
