Kick that sugar laden and additive filled ketchup to the curb. You can make your own that is a healthy addition to your diet. This clean and simple recipe blends up beautifully in a high-speed blender or bullet. Go ahead and top your Chia Seed Burger, double dip your Potato Wedges and smother some Protective Diet Onion Rings.

I’m really not one to leave a negative review. But I just cannot get into this ketchup. Ketchup was like a food group for me. Anyway to tweak this with the new sweetner?
Do you use the “100% pineapple juice” from the canned pineapple as well? Or do you drain the crushed pineapple?
Use the crushed pineapple with the juice, do not drain.
Can you freeze some of this?
I haven’t tried, but I’m sure it will work out well. You may want to run it through the blender again after you defrost it. Let us know how it works out?
This is my first time making home made ketchup and OMG I am blown away it is so yummy and was easy to make. Thanks for the inspiration and the tools : 0 )
i made this using defrosted mango chunks in place of pineapple and i dig it.
yes the frozen pineapple worked for me. sometimes im not into buying canned fruit. im making it now with half mango half pineapple.
Hi Veganinblack…I bought frozen pineapple tidbits since I couldn’t find canned crushed pineapple at Trader Joes…. so hoping those will work… If not, I’m going to try mango chunks like you did. Thanks.
