Lemon Blueberry Whole Grain Scones Premium PD Recipe

Fresh baked scones are perfect for breakfast or as a snack with a cup of tea. I’ve ditched the eggs, shortening, butter, cream and sugar used in the traditional recipe. These scones were created by increasing the fiber and nutrients with whole grain flour and a pinch of Protective Diet magic.
