    Update: I keep returning to this recipe because it is so so good! I find myself thinking about it at work . When I get home, I am able to have it cooking within five minutes. Within the hour I am eating this wonderfully aromatic deliciousness..

    So easy and delicious! I used the “extra creamy” recipe and I love the consistency! Very good staple to have on hand. Very low maintenance recipe; I prepared it in the background while attending to other recipes.

    I was prepared for this be a little complicated, but it was so incredibly easy to make. Very very fast. The texture was so velvety smooth and wonderfully lemony. This will definitely be a soup I’ll return to often.
