I was prepared for this be a little complicated, but it was so incredibly easy to make. Very very fast. The texture was so velvety smooth and wonderfully lemony. This will definitely be a soup I’ll return to often.

So easy and delicious! I used the “extra creamy” recipe and I love the consistency! Very good staple to have on hand. Very low maintenance recipe; I prepared it in the background while attending to other recipes.

This is the first premium recipe I plan to try since I just joined. I grew up on this as a kid and have been drooling over it for months since it was posted!
