Instant Pot Plant-Based Mushroom Marsala Pasta Premium PD Recipe

Plant-Based Mushroom Marsala Pasta is a rich, flavorful, and comforting dish that beautifully captures the essence of traditional chicken Marsala, but in an oil-free and alcohol-free vegan recipe. This pasta features tender meaty mushrooms air-fried to perfection and simmered in a luscious Marsala “wine” sauce, infused with aromatic herbs, and savory vegetable broth. The sauce is creamy and indulgent, made with plant-based cream alternatives to achieve a velvety texture free from inflammatory dietary cholesterol and animal products. The sauce is stirred directly into the starchy hot pasta allowing it to absorb the deep, earthy umami flavors of the mushrooms and the sweet, slightly tangy notes of balsamic vinegar that mimics the marsala wine so perfectly. Fresh herbs like parsley or basil add a bright, herbaceous finish making the dish protectively fresh and elegant. This recipe is quick and easy—typically ready in about 20 to 30 minutes, making it perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal or a gourmet dinner with friends.

  1. The BEST one pot dish to date! This came together so fast and that first bite is amazing! Well received by Myra and my sister too. Several times during dinner they said how good it was! I severed this with a loaded salad with rosemary crispies and an onion boule! 5 stars, Julie ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!

  2. Wow. Wow. Wow! So good and so easy to make! I agree with Julie, it is a beautiful dish that I would be proud to serve to guests and they would have no idea they were eating something so healthy! I vegged it up by adding baby spinach and peas—so delicious! My non-WFPB husband loved it and is looking forward to the leftovers for lunch!
