I haven’t thought of making these recently, but when I still worked full time, these were a quick dinner-base on unplanned nights.
Can you have them sweet, with applesauce or nutty butter topping? Or the fruit jams?
One of my favorite dinners! A nacho waffle with ‘refried’ beans, salsa, Ultimate Cheeze sauce, lettuce, tomato. Mmmmm!
