  1. This recipe is so good, it looks complicated, but is so easy to put together. When chopping your mushrooms, don’t chop them to small, as mushrooms do shrink. We liked the potatoes on the chunkier side (a little bigger than “diced small)”. Absolutely love this recipe, guests will love it.

  2. Julie, another great recipe you kicked out of the park…I seriously don’t know how you do it! I didn’t add the nori (optional), added an extra potato and probably more mushrooms than specified, kept everything else the same, and it tasted spectacular! My son and I ended up eating the entire pressure cooker full in one evening…I felt a little guilty…Nah, not really! (Btw, I was able to make in my IP, browned the onions and mushrooms in it, added everything else, then put on Manual for 3 minutes. Made the cream sauce separately and added at the end.) Perfection!
